This is a quick note about Lisa Aird and Skysbright Realty. Lisa represented me on the sale of my home. It's not an easy thing to give up a home you've had for 12 years and especially more difficult if it is your first time as a seller. Lisa was sensitive to the fact that a house is more than a piece of property to make a buck on. I did not feel like a product or even a customer. I felt like I was getting sound advice from a friend based on over a decade of experience in the real estate world who knows the stresses and pressures of selling a home and moving.

Lisa has a personalized touch that can only come through a private business that she runs herself. Because of this she takes pride in what she does and how she treats you as a client. We had a great experience working with Lisa as our Realtor. We went into the process not quite sure how it was going to work out in selling our house and buying a new house at the same time. It was a complicated process with many steps but we found that Lisa was always on top of every detail throughout the whole process. We felt that we could trust her in making sure that we were very informed every step of the way. She kept in close contact with the loan officer, title officer and the buyer's and seller's agents which made things go very smoothly. When I contacted Lisa at Skysbright Realty, I had already purchased a home in Montana and was in the process of moving. Since My family had come to Flagstaff in 1905,  I had accumulated a lot of things that I wanted to take with me. When I finally got the house cleaned out enough to do all of the necessary maintenance that had accumulated over the years,  we had come to the end of the season. Actually I was afraid that time may have lapsed for the year and I was going to have to house-sit in AZ for the winter. Lisa came out, took photos,  listed my home and we had an acceptable offer within days.
